How it fits an agency
A workspace per client
Each client is a separate workspace with its own website, brand profile, connections, data and settings. Every query on client data is scoped to that workspace.
Products per client
Turn on only what you sell to that client. One client may need Messenger Bee and Guard Bee; another Scout Bee and Buzz Bee. Each product is a separate entitlement per workspace, so billing follows the work.
Your team, with roles
Agency owners and admins can open every client. Give staff editor or viewer access per client, and give a client contact the approver role if they want to use the app.
Client approvals with no login
Set the client's WhatsApp number or email as the approval contact for their workspace. When a post, article, review reply, campaign or broadcast is ready, they get a message with Approve and Reject buttons (on WhatsApp) or signed links that expire in 7 days. One tap, one confirmation, done. Every decision is recorded.
That takes the chasing out of your week. No more screenshots in text threads, and no more "did you see the doc?" on a Friday afternoon.
Know what each client costs you
The usage ledger records AI, search, rendering, AI-search checks, X posts and WhatsApp messages per client workspace. You see what each client really costs to serve, so you can price with confidence. A monthly AI budget keeps AI costs in check.
Your client's brand on the work
The weekly briefing, approval messages and WhatsApp messages to customers go out from the client's own numbers and accounts, not from BeeCMO.

Clients keep their accounts
Each client's Google Business Profile, Meta assets, ad account and WhatsApp number stay in the client's name. BeeCMO only connects to them. If a client moves on, nothing is held hostage, and their data can be exported. That makes the conversation about results, not lock-in.

A platform fee of $79 a month includes three client businesses at Growth level. Each extra client costs $19 to $39 a month depending on level and volume, and you can pause a client to stop billing.
