The part that watches while you sleep.

Autopilot comes with every BeeCMO plan. It watches your website and your numbers, and speaks up when something looks off. Every Monday it sends you a short briefing with everything waiting for your approval.

Website guard

Your website is checked every 15 minutes. Two failures in a row and you get an urgent alert. When the site comes back, a recovery notice tells you roughly how long it was down. SSL certificates are checked daily, with alerts 14 days and 3 days before expiry. You can add up to 20 monitors. One can check that a page still shows a word you care about, like your phone number.

Daily numbers and unusual changes

Every morning, yesterday's numbers are saved: Search Console clicks and impressions, Google Analytics sessions, ad spend, ad leads and conversations, new leads, WhatsApp messages, reviews and rating, and posts published.

Each number is compared with the previous 14 days. A change is flagged only when it is both large (40% or more) and statistically unusual, so a normal slow Tuesday won't wake you up. Bad news becomes an alert and good news becomes an insight.

A drop in leads or a spike in ad spend goes straight to your phone.

The Monday briefing

Once a week, on Monday or another day you choose, you get one message on WhatsApp (or SMS or email, or Telegram):

AI writes the short narrative. The numbers come straight from your data, and any AI sentence with a number that isn't in your data is cut before the message goes out.

Ask your CMO

Ask questions in plain language: "Why did leads drop last week?" or "What should I post for Memorial Day weekend?" Answers draw on your brand facts, the last seven days of numbers, your connected channels, pending approvals and recent activity, with buttons that take you to the right screen.

Approve from Telegram

If you'd rather use Telegram, link your account once. Briefings then arrive there with Approve and Reject buttons for up to five pending items, and only your linked chat can use them.

Time zones and seasonal calendar

The daily snapshot and the weekly briefing both run on your workspace's local time zone. The briefing lands at 9 AM your time, so a business in Ohio and one in Sydney each get it in the morning, not in the middle of the night.

The seasonal calendar is country-aware. It covers the US, UK, EU, Gulf, APAC, LatAm and India, so a US shop sees Memorial Day and Black Friday while a shop in India sees Diwali and its regional festivals. Each date comes with suggested campaign angles and how far ahead to start.
