Straight answers before you trust an AI with your marketing
These are the worries owners raise most, before they sign up and in the first week. The answers describe what BeeCMO does today. Where something is still on the way, we say so.
Will it act on its own, and I only find out later?
No. Anything that publishes starts on "Ask me first". You can loosen that one action at a time, for example letting replies to 5★ reviews go out on their own. Ad spend, broadcasts, review requests, replies to 1–3★ reviews, flagged replies, your website and blog articles always need your approval, and that can't be switched off. See the full list.
Can I see what it did, and why?
Yes. "What your team did" shows the last 7 days: what happened, on which channel, the reason when one was recorded, and the cost. A draft still waiting can be discarded, and a post that hasn't gone out yet can be canceled.
What if the AI makes something up?
Articles are fact-checked claim by claim before you see them. A claim with no source behind it is toned down or cut. The lead qualifier answers only from the facts and FAQ you approved, and hands over to a person when it's unsure. Replies to 1–3★ reviews always wait for you, and 4–5★ replies wait too unless you change that.
Will it send messages from strange addresses?
No, and we don't send cold email. Posts go out from your own connected pages. Lead replies come from your own WhatsApp or texting number. Review requests go by text or WhatsApp when you've connected one, and by email otherwise. Those emails come from BeeCMO's sending address, and replies go to you.
Can I cap what it spends?
There's no balance to run out. Each plan has fixed monthly limits. AI work runs under a monthly budget for your account: at 80% long articles move to a cheaper model, at 100% everything uses the cheapest one, and at 150% AI work beyond the cheapest model pauses until you raise the budget. What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to the Free plan, and we never charge you automatically. Your Google profile, Meta pages, ad account and WhatsApp number stay in your name. We'll export your data on request, including for 30 days after you cancel.
Do I need to sit at a desk to use it?
No. You can approve on WhatsApp, by email, in Telegram or in the app on your phone. Each approval opens a one-button page, so there's nothing to log in to first.
Do I have to give up my accounts?
No. BeeCMO connects to your Google Business Profile, Meta pages, ad account and WhatsApp number. It never takes them over. Cancel and they keep working as before.
