1. Agreement

These terms are between you (the business or agency that signs up) and Anekant AI, 105, Aagam Complex, Vasna, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Notices go to that address. By creating an account you accept them.

2. The service

BeeCMO provides AI-assisted marketing software: Scout Bee, Buzz Bee, Forager Bee, Messenger Bee, Guard Bee and the Autopilot layer. Features are described on our product pages and may change.

3. Your accounts on other platforms

• You connect your own Meta, Google and other accounts and remain responsible for them and for complying with those platforms' terms and policies, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, Meta Advertising Standards, and Google's review and content policies.
• Meta bills WhatsApp messages and ad spend to you directly. Anekant AI does not extend credit for them.
• Platforms may reject, limit or remove content, ads, templates or accounts. We are not responsible for platform decisions.

4. AI output and approvals

• AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve, and for any action you set to run without approval.
• Ad activation, budget increases and broadcasts always require approval. Other actions follow the autonomy settings you choose.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; no unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in; no review gating, fake or AI-written reviews, or incentives tied to positive reviews (including under the US FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials and the UK DMCC Act); no political ads; no attempts to bypass guardrails, rate limits or platform rules; no reverse engineering or reselling without an agency agreement.

6. Your data

You own your content and customer data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You confirm you have the consents needed for the contact data you upload or collect.

Your messages to your customers. You are the sender of the emails and messages you send through BeeCMO and are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them, including, where relevant, the US CAN-SPAM Act (accurate sender details, a clear way to opt out, honoring opt-outs promptly and a valid physical postal address in commercial email), the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier rules for text messages, Canada's CASL, the UK PECR and GDPR, and India's DPDP Act and TRAI rules. BeeCMO records opt-ins and honors opt-outs, but that does not shift this responsibility.

Aggregated and de-identified data. We may use service usage and performance data (for example, which features are used and how posts, ads and messages perform) in aggregated and de-identified form, so that it does not identify you, your business or any person, to operate, improve and secure the service and its recommendations. You can opt out in your workspace settings. This does not apply to data we receive from Google APIs, which is used only as described in section 6 of the Privacy policy.

Owner-held accounts and export. Your connected accounts (such as your Google Business Profile, Meta assets and WhatsApp number) remain yours; we do not take ownership of them. You can request an export of your content and customer data at any time while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends.

7. Fees, trial, renewal and refunds

• 14-day trial, no payment details needed. Then the fees on our pricing page, plus the sales tax, VAT or GST that applies in your country.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for subscription charges: it charges your payment method, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and emails you a tax invoice. Its buyer terms also apply to the payment. Questions about the service itself still come to us.
• Monthly subscriptions have no minimum term. Subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled. You can cancel in the app at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
• AI usage is limited by your monthly AI budget.
• Refunds: first paid month refundable on request within 14 days of the charge; annual plans pro-rated for unused full months at the monthly rate; unused add-ons refundable within 30 days.
• A notice is sent before every renewal charge.

8. Agencies

Agencies may manage client workspaces and are responsible for their clients' compliance with these terms. Agencies that resell BeeCMO under their own brand agree separate reseller terms with us.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Standard plans do not include a service-level agreement. Support: [email protected].

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, platform account suspensions, or ad spend.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put platform access at risk. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

Indian law. Courts at Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We will notify account owners of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
