AI marketing for auto repair shops
Be the honest shop people find first, even when nobody's free to answer the phone.
Drivers choose a repair shop on trust, and they check reviews before they hand over the keys. BeeCMO texts back calls the service desk can't take, lines up a Google review request for every customer after pickup, which you send with one tap, and drafts a reply to each review. Your Google profile and social pages keep showing the work you actually do, from inspections to brake jobs.

What holds independent shops back
One service writer, three phone lines
The service writer is explaining an estimate at the counter while the phone rings. Callers asking "Can you look at my car today?" rarely leave voicemail. Invoca, a call-tracking vendor, reports fewer than 3% of callers pushed to voicemail leave a message (Invoca, vendor data, checked Oct 2026).
Trust is the whole sale
Customers walk in worried about being upsold. A review that says "they told me I didn't need the repair yet" is worth more than any ad. 85% of US consumers say positive reviews make them more likely to use a business (BrightLocal 2026, via PinMeTo, checked Oct 2026).
Competing with dealers and chains
Dealers and national chains have marketing departments. An independent shop needs its Google profile, reviews and local posts to do the same job for a fraction of the cost.
What BeeCMO does for an auto repair shop each week
- Texts back missed calls: "Thanks for calling Riverside Auto, we're with a customer. What's the year, make and model, and what's it doing? We'll text you back with the first opening." Replies come to the service desk as leads.
- Prepares a review request for every customer after pickup, the same text for everyone, with your direct Google link. You send them with one tap. No discounts for reviews; Google prohibits them.
- Replies to every review, mentioning the repair and the tech the customer named. Complaints about price or timing get a calm reply that moves the conversation to the shop manager.
- Posts weekly to your Google profile and Facebook: seasonal checks (winter tires, AC before summer), "what that dashboard light means", the shop's ASE-certified techs, before-and-after photos of real repairs.
- Writes service pages for your website, such as "Brake repair in Boise", with a fact-check on every claim, so you show up in search and AI answers.
- Optional Meta ads for seasonal offers like an oil-change special or AC check, with a hard daily cap and your approval before anything runs.

Questions shop owners ask
Does it connect to my shop management software?
Not directly today. You add customers for review requests one at a time or in bulk after pickup. Direct triggers from shop and field-service software are on our roadmap, not built yet.
Can it send "your car is ready" texts?
It focuses on marketing and new leads: missed-call text-back, lead replies and review requests. Repair-status updates are best sent from your shop management system.
Will it make up prices or diagnoses?
No. The assistant answers only from facts you've approved, such as hours, services and any posted specials, and passes anything about a specific car to your service writer.
Do I need to register to send texts?
In the US, yes: business texting from a 10-digit number requires A2P 10DLC registration. We walk you through it, and it typically takes up to a week.
Which plan suits an auto repair shop?
Starter ($49 a month) covers missed-call text-back, reviews, posts and social. Choose Growth ($99) if you want to run seasonal Meta ads. See pricing.
