Fill the slow Tuesday, answer every review, and stop losing takeout orders to a busy phone.
During the dinner rush nobody can answer the phone, reply to a Google review or think about Instagram. BeeCMO texts your online-ordering and reservation links to callers you miss and drafts a reply to every Google review in the reviewer's language. It also drafts the weekly posts and specials that bring people in on quiet nights.

What independent restaurants are up against
The phone rings during the rush
Friday at 7 pm the host is seating a party of eight and the phone rings out. That caller wanted to order takeout or book a table, and now they're looking at the place down the street.
Reviews pile up unanswered
80% of US consumers are more likely to use a business that replies to all of its reviews, and 50% are put off by generic, templated replies (BrightLocal 2026, via PinMeTo, checked Oct 2026). Copy-pasting "Thanks for coming!" doesn't count.
Quiet nights and no time for content
Weekends fill themselves. Tuesday and Wednesday need a reason to come in, like a special or a new dish, posted where locals will see it. Every single week.
What BeeCMO does for a restaurant each week
- Texts back missed calls with what the caller most likely wants: "Sorry we missed you at Rosa's. Order takeout here: [link]. Book a table here: [link]. Reply if you need anything else." US, Canadian and Australian numbers.
- Replies to every Google review, mentioning the dish or server the guest wrote about, in their language. A review in Spanish gets a reply in Spanish. You can let 5-star replies post automatically and keep the rest for approval.
- Alerts you to 1-star reviews right away, with a calm reply drafted that takes the conversation offline, never offering refunds or freebies in public.
- Posts weekly specials and events to your Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook: Taco Tuesday, the new fall menu, trivia night, holiday hours.
- Gives you a review QR code for table tents and receipts, and a review widget for your website. No incentives attached, as Google requires.
- Runs small local Meta ads for events or catering if you want them, with a hard daily cap and nothing spent without your approval.

Questions restaurant owners ask
Does it reply to Yelp or Tripadvisor reviews?
Not today. BeeCMO supports Google reviews only. We'd rather say that plainly than half-support other platforms.
Can it take orders or reservations?
No. It points callers and messages to your existing online ordering and reservation links. Your POS and booking system stay as they are.
Can I let review replies post automatically?
Yes, for 4–5 star reviews if you switch that on. Replies to 1–3 star reviews always wait for your approval.
Can I put a QR code on tables asking for reviews?
Yes, as long as there's no incentive attached. Google prohibits offering discounts or free items in exchange for reviews, so "Scan to review us on Google" is fine; "free dessert for a 5-star review" isn't.
Which plan suits a restaurant?
Starter ($49 a month) covers review replies and requests, missed-call text-back, Google posts and social. Most restaurants don't need more. See pricing.
