Privacy policy
1. Who we are
BeeCMO is operated by Anekant AI, a sole proprietorship at 105, Aagam Complex, Vasna, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. Grievance Officer (India): Ketul Shah, [email protected].
2. Two kinds of data, two roles
- Account data. Data about you and your team who use BeeCMO: name, email, role, sign-in records, billing details. For this data we decide how it is used.
- Customer data. Data you bring into BeeCMO about your business and your own customers: leads, WhatsApp contacts and messages, reviews, posts, analytics. For this data we act on your instructions, as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the consents needed to collect it.
3. What we collect
- Account and team details; workspace settings; brand profile you enter or we read from your public website.
- Credentials for platforms you connect: access tokens, API keys and passwords, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- Data read from connected platforms (see section 5).
- Leads and contacts: name, phone number, email, message, source, UTM fields, consent text and proof of opt-in (page, time, hashed IP address and browser user agent).
- Messages sent and received through your WhatsApp number, Instagram and Messenger.
- Usage and cost records of AI and paid services.
- Free website scan and free tools (no account needed): the website address, business name, city and text you enter, the results, and a hashed IP address used only for rate limiting. If you unlock a full scan report with your email, we keep that email with the report and, if you agree, use it for product updates; you can ask us to delete it at any time. Text you paste into a tool is processed by our AI providers to produce the result and is not used to train models.
- Website visitors to this marketing site: data you submit in our contact form. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors.
4. How we use it
To provide the features you use: publishing, replying, qualifying leads, sending messages you approve, monitoring, reporting and alerts; to secure the service; to bill you; to meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Aggregated and de-identified data. We may use service usage and performance data in aggregated and de-identified form, which does not identify you, your business, your customers or any person, to operate, improve and secure the service and its recommendations. We do not attempt to re-identify it. You can opt out in your workspace settings. Data received from Google APIs is excluded and is used only as described in section 6.
We do not use customer data or data from connected platforms to train AI models.
