AI Google review replies and review requests

Answer every Google review. Ask every customer for one.

Guard Bee connects to your Google Business Profile, drafts a reply to each new review in the reviewer's language, and prepares a review request for every customer by text (SMS), WhatsApp or email, which you send with one tap. Once a week it also writes a local post around your offers.

Why it matters: 74% of US consumers look for reviews from the last three months, 80% prefer businesses that reply to every review, and 50% are put off by templated replies (BrightLocal 2026, via PinMeTo). That's why each reply is written for the specific review.

“Waited 40 minutes past my appointment and nobody told me why.”

Reply drafted by Guard Bee

Thank you for telling us, and we’re sorry. Forty minutes without an update is not the visit we want for you. We’re looking at how we keep patients posted when we run late. Please call us so we can make it right.

Waits for your OK. Low-star replies always ask first.

Review replies

  1. New reviews are synced every 15 minutes for each location.
  2. A reply is drafted in the reviewer's language, in your brand voice. It never offers refunds or discounts and never admits liability. For 1 to 3★ reviews it apologizes and moves the conversation offline, using the contact you set.
  3. You decide. 1 to 3★ replies always wait for your approval. 4 to 5★ replies can be posted automatically, if you switch that on. A 1★ review sends you an urgent alert.
  4. The reply is posted on Google. Replies you write in the Google app are picked up too.

Review requests, with no gating

Asking only happy customers for reviews is called review gating. Google's policy bans it, and the US FTC rule on fake reviews bans review suppression and incentives tied to positive sentiment. The UK's DMCC Act and India's IS 19000:2022 standard cover related practices. Guard Bee has no rating filter anywhere: every customer you add gets the same request, and the system rejects any request that tries to filter by rating or sentiment.

Requests go out by text message (SMS, when you have connected a US, Canadian or Australian number), WhatsApp template (to customers who opted in) or email, with a tracked link to your Google review page. If none of those fit, you get a link and QR code to share yourself.

Local posts

Create posts, events and offers with photos and a call to action, scheduled to the minute. Once a week, Guard Bee can draft a post from your current offers and the seasonal calendar for your country. You approve it before it goes up.
