AI Meta ads with hard budget caps and a kill switch
Run Meta ads without lying awake about the budget.
Forager Bee plans campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, including lead forms and Click-to-WhatsApp. Everything is created paused. You see a preview, and nothing spends until you approve it. A server-side kill switch checks spend every hour.

From goal to live campaign
Tell it the goal. For example: more estimate requests for a spring AC tune-up offer within 15 miles of Austin, $50 a day.
Get a plan. Objective, audience (cities with radius, age, interests), placements, three primary texts, three headlines, a WhatsApp welcome message with up to four quick questions, and the reasoning and risks.
Edit it. Change anything. Every edit is re-checked against the guardrails.
It's built, paused. Campaign, ad sets, creatives and ads go into your ad account, all paused, with Meta's own previews.
You approve on WhatsApp. The approval shows budget, spend cap, schedule, placements, targeting, copy and any warnings. Only then do the ads start.
Where your ads can send people
Your website, a WhatsApp chat (Click-to-WhatsApp), a Meta lead form, your Instagram profile, or a phone call. Placements cover Facebook and Instagram feeds, Stories and Reels, and WhatsApp Status in the countries where Meta offers it.
Guardrails that run on every change
Budget caps
Daily and monthly caps per workspace. If you haven't set them, a conservative default applies, such as $100 a day in the US. A plan that would cross the cap is blocked outright.
Sanity checks on jumps
A budget more than three times your 30-day average needs an explicit acknowledgement, which is logged.
Hourly kill switch
If today's spend passes your daily cap by more than 10%, or the month's spend reaches your monthly cap, every live campaign is paused and you get an urgent alert. It never restarts on its own.
Policy checks
Political ads are blocked. Housing, employment and financial ads are set up as Meta special ad categories, with the targeting limits those require. Restricted topics such as gambling and crypto are blocked; health claims and before-and-after copy need an edit.
Approvals you cannot skip
Activating, resuming and raising budgets always need approval. Pausing is instant, and so is lowering a budget.
A full audit trail
Every change sent to Meta is recorded with the request, the response, who or what made it, and why.
When an ad underperforms, you hear why
Once a campaign has enough data (at least 1,000 impressions and 72 hours), Forager Bee walks a published best-practice checklist: delivery, cost per thousand, click-through, cost per click, conversions, the learning phase and ad fatigue. You get the likely cause in plain words, such as "not enough results for Meta to learn" or "the same people have seen this ad too often", with the fix it suggests. Over time it also learns from your own account's results, so new campaigns steer clear of what didn't work for you before.
Weekly analysis, with budget changes left to you
Each week it compares the last seven days with the seven before and writes you a short report with recommendations. Any budget change it proposes is limited to 30% either way and becomes an approval. It never changes budgets on its own.
Click-to-WhatsApp, joined up
With Messenger Bee, people who tap your ad land in your WhatsApp inbox, get qualified, and become leads in your pipeline. When you mark a lead qualified or won, that signal is sent back to Meta through the Conversions API, so Meta can find more people like them.
Honest limits
Meta reviews every ad before it runs. Approved in BeeCMO means submitted to Meta, not guaranteed to run.
Meta can spend up to 75% over a daily budget on some days, and spend data arrives with a delay. The kill switch works on totals with a 10% margin and runs hourly, so it limits overspend; it cannot make it impossible.

Pricing
On its own, Forager Bee is Standard $39/mo or Plus $69/mo. In India: Standard ₹2,499/mo or Plus ₹4,999/mo, plus 18% GST. Standard is included in Growth and Plus in Scale. Meta bills ad spend to your own ad account; BeeCMO never holds your ad money and takes no percentage.
