What the replies do, and don't do

Always read a reply before you post it. You know what happened. The AI only knows the review.

Tips for replying to Google reviews

  1. Reply to every review, good and bad, ideally within a day or two. BrightLocal's 2026 survey (via PinMeTo) found 80% of consumers are more likely to use a business that replies to every review.
  2. Keep it short. Two to four sentences is plenty.
  3. Don't argue in public. State one fact if you must, then move the conversation offline.
  4. Ask every customer for a review, not only happy ones. Filtering who gets asked ("review gating") is against Google's policy.

Is this free?

Yes. You can use it 10 times a day without signing up.

Which AI writes the replies?

A small, low-cost AI model running on Cloudflare. If it's busy, you get replies from our own templates instead, and we tell you so.

Do you store the review I paste?

We don't ask for your name or email. The text you paste is sent to our server and the AI model to write the replies, and we don't attach it to an account.

Can it reply to my reviews automatically?

That's what Guard Bee does inside BeeCMO: it drafts a reply to every new Google review and sends it to you for one-tap approval, or posts 5★ replies on its own if you allow it.

Start free, and we'll do this every week
