Get three short versions for text, WhatsApp or email in a few seconds. Every message asks for an honest review, offers nothing in return and goes to every customer the same way. It's free, with no sign-up or email.
What every message does
- It asks every customer the same way. No "If you were happy…" opener, and no "If not, tell us first." Google calls that selective soliciting and bans it in its Maps content policy (checked Oct 2026).
- It offers nothing for the review. No discounts, gift cards, prize draws or points. Google bans any incentive. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews, in force since October 21, 2024, bans incentives tied to a positive review (FTC Q&A, checked Oct 2026).
- It asks for an honest review. Never a "5-star" or "positive" one.
- Texts end with "Reply STOP to opt out." Carriers and Twilio treat STOP as the standard opt-out keyword (Twilio, checked Oct 2026).
- Texts show a character count and SMS segments. A plain-text message fits 160 characters in one segment. One emoji or curly quote switches it to a 70-character limit, so the tool swaps curly quotes and dashes for plain ones. Fewer segments means a lower bill.
If the AI drafts a sentence that breaks one of these rules, the tool deletes that sentence before you see it. Still read every message before you send it. You know your customers, and the AI doesn't.
Where to get your Google review link
Open your Business Profile on Google (search your business name while signed in), choose Ask for reviews, and copy the link. It usually starts with https://g.page/r/. Our guide to getting your Google review link and QR code has screenshots. If you leave the link out, the messages show a placeholder you can fill in later.
When to send it
- Within an hour of the job closing, while the relief is fresh: the heat is back on, the tooth stopped hurting, the leak is fixed.
- One reminder, three or four days later, if they haven't left a review. Then stop.
- Never on a quota. Google also bans requiring staff to hit a number of review requests.

Before you text customers in the US
You need the customer's consent to text them, and business texting from a regular 10-digit number runs through A2P 10DLC registration (Twilio, checked Oct 2026). We explain it in plain English in A2P 10DLC explained. On WhatsApp, a business needs an approved template to start a conversation outside a 24-hour customer chat.
Is this free?
Yes. You can use it 10 times a day without signing up.
Can I offer a small thank-you for a review?
Not on Google. Its policy bans any incentive, even for an honest review of any rating. The tool removes any sentence that offers one.
Can I send a "How did we do?" survey first?
Only if every customer gets the Google link whatever they answer. Sending the link only to people who said they were happy is review gating, and Google bans it.
Why are some texts two segments?
A long business name plus a review link can push a text past 160 characters. Carriers then split it into parts of 153 characters each, and you pay per part. Shorten the wording or use your short g.page link to get back to one segment.
Do you store what I type?
We don't ask for your email. The business name and type go to our server and a low-cost AI model to write the messages. The customer's first name and your link are added afterwards and never go to the AI model.
