AI marketing for real estate agents
Reply to every buyer and seller in seconds, and stay in touch while they decide.
Real estate leads arrive at all hours from your website, Instagram, Facebook lead ads and sign calls, and most aren't ready this week. BeeCMO answers each one right away and asks the questions that sort serious buyers from browsers. It follows up on a schedule you set and keeps your listings and local know-how in front of people on social and Google. Ads stay inside Meta's housing rules.

What agents struggle with
Leads at 10 pm, showings at 10 am
A buyer messages about a listing while you're writing an offer for someone else. Reply in the morning and they've already booked a showing with the listing agent or another buyer's agent.
Nurture that lasts months
Many buyers and sellers start looking long before they're ready to transact. Most leads go cold somewhere in those six months, because staying in touch without being pushy or forgetting is hard.
Housing ad rules
Housing ads on Facebook and Instagram fall into Meta's Special Ad Category: no age or gender targeting choices, no ZIP-code targeting, and locations must cover at least a 15-mile radius in the US (Meta for Developers, checked Oct 2026). Tools that ignore this get ads rejected.
What BeeCMO does for an agent each week
- Answers every inquiry in seconds, from Instagram and Facebook DMs, lead ads, your website and texts: "Thanks for asking about 412 Maple. Are you working with an agent already, and are you looking to buy in the next three months or just starting to look?" Hot leads go to your phone.
- Follows up on days you choose, in your words: a check-in after the first week, a market update you've approved, a note before the spring market. It stops when they reply or opt out.
- Creates listing content: Instagram carousels, Facebook posts and Google Business Profile posts for new listings, open houses and "just sold" updates, from your photos and details.
- Runs Meta ads under the Housing category. Forager Bee detects housing ads and applies Meta's Special Ad Category, with targeting that follows Meta's rules, hard daily caps, and your approval before anything spends.
- Prepares a review request for every closed client, at the same point in every transaction, with no incentives. You send it with one tap.
- Writes neighborhood pages and posts ("Moving to Cary: schools, commutes and what homes sell for") from sources you approve, with a fact-check on every claim.

Questions agents ask
Does it pull listings from the MLS?
Not today. You add listings (photos, details and a link), and BeeCMO drafts posts and follow-ups from them.
Will my Facebook ads follow the Housing special category rules?
Yes. Housing ads are set up with Meta's Special Ad Category, which removes age, gender and ZIP-code targeting and requires at least a 15-mile radius in the US. Meta still reviews each ad.
Does it check fair housing language?
Not automatically. Describe the property, not the people you imagine living in it, and add any phrases your brokerage bans to your brand settings so drafts never use them. You approve every post and ad, and your brokerage's compliance rules still apply.
Can my brokerage use it for several agents?
Yes. Each agent can have their own workspace, or a brokerage can use the agency tier to manage several agents from one account. See for agencies.
Which plan suits an agent?
Growth ($99 a month) includes Meta ads, social, lead replies and follow-ups, which is what most agents need. See pricing.
