Free Google Business Profile description generator
Get two versions of your "From the business" description, one full and one shorter, written to Google's rules. Pick English, Hindi or Gujarati. It's free, with no sign-up.
What you get
- Two versions. A full one that uses most of the 750 characters, and a shorter one if you prefer a tight description.
- A character count on each. Google stops you at 750, so you can see how much room is left.
- English, Hindi or Gujarati. Your business name, place names and brand names stay as you typed them.
- Only your facts. The generator never adds awards, years in business, ratings or claims you didn't give it.
Google's rules, built in
The generator applies these rules from Google's help pages to every draft:
- 750 characters at most. Google says "Do not exceed 750 characters in the description field" (Edit your Business Profile, checked 28 Oct 2026).
- No links. "No links of any type are allowed", and no URLs or HTML code (same page, plus Guidelines for representing your business on Google, checked 28 Oct 2026).
- No offers or prices. Google asks you not to focus on "special promotions, prices, and offer sales" (guidelines page). Any sentence with a price, discount, sale or offer is removed.
- No gimmicky characters. Google lists "gimmicky character use" as distracting content. The generator removes emojis, symbols and repeated punctuation, and turns ALL CAPS words into normal case. Acronyms you type yourself, such as CBSE or HVAC, stay as they are.
- No phone numbers or emails. Your profile has its own fields for these, so the generator leaves them out of the text.
- No "best in the city". Claims like "best" or "number one" can't be checked, so they are removed too.
How to add it to your profile
- Go to your Business Profile: search your business name on Google, or open Google Business Profile.
- Select Edit profile and find Business description.
- Paste one version, read it once more, and select Save.

What makes a good description
- What you are and where, in the first sentence. "Dental clinic in Satellite, Ahmedabad" tells a customer in two seconds whether you fit.
- Services in the words customers use. Write "AC repair", not "climate solutions".
- Who you serve best. Families, offices, landlords, students or wholesale buyers.
- One fact that sets you apart. Sunday hours, languages spoken, home visits or a qualification a customer can check.
- A plain next step. "Call or message us on WhatsApp" works, and Google doesn't allow links here anyway.
Is this free?
Yes. You can use it up to 10 times a day, and you don't need to sign up.
Which languages does it write in?
English, Hindi and Gujarati. Hindi uses Devanagari script and Gujarati uses Gujarati script. Names and places stay as you typed them.
Which AI writes the description?
A small, low-cost AI model running on Cloudflare. If it's busy, you get descriptions from our templates instead, and we tell you so.
Can I mention a discount or my prices?
No. Google's guidelines say the description shouldn't focus on promotions, prices or sales, so the generator removes them. Put offers in a Google Business Profile post instead.
Can BeeCMO keep my Google profile up to date?
Yes. Guard Bee writes weekly posts for your Google Business Profile and replies to every review. It sends each one to you for approval on WhatsApp, SMS or email, and publishes it when you tap Approve.
