Marketing for clinics and doctors: WhatsApp enquiries and Google reviews
Answer every patient enquiry, and reply to every review without breaking patient privacy.
Most clinics lose patients in three quiet places: WhatsApp enquiries that wait until the next morning, reviews nobody asked for, and review replies written in a hurry. BeeCMO answers enquiries on your clinic's own WhatsApp number from facts you approve, prepares a Google review request for every patient who opted in, and drafts review replies that never confirm someone is a patient. A person at the clinic approves each reply before it posts.

Three leaks most clinics share
Enquiries after hours
"Is the doctor available on Saturday?" arrives at 10 pm on WhatsApp. By the time the front desk replies the next morning, the patient has booked somewhere else.
Reviews never asked for
Happy patients rarely think to leave a review. 74% of US consumers look for reviews from the last three months (BrightLocal 2026, via PinMeTo, checked Oct 2026), so a clinic with old reviews looks quieter than it is.
Replies that say too much
"We're sorry your treatment didn't work" confirms the reviewer is a patient and names their care. A reply should never do either.
What BeeCMO does for a clinic each week
- Answers WhatsApp enquiries in seconds on your own number, from facts you approved: timings, doctors' days, fees if you publish them, address and parking. Anything medical goes to your team. Messenger Bee never gives medical advice.
- Drafts a reply to every Google review in the reviewer's language, with your privacy rules built into the brand voice: never confirm someone is a patient, never mention a condition, treatment or visit date, move complaints to a named manager.
- Prepares a review request for every patient who opted in to WhatsApp messages, the same wording for everyone. Someone at the clinic sends the batch with one tap. Google bans asking only happy patients.
- Posts weekly to your Google Business Profile and Instagram: new timings, doctor introductions, seasonal health reminders.
- Writes service pages and articles with a fact-check on every claim, so patients searching in your city find you.

Example — your drafts are written from your website. These are made-up drafts for Sunrise Skin & Hair Clinic, a dermatology clinic in Pune. Tapping Approve here only shows what happens; nothing is sent.
-
Monsoon humidity and your skin: three things our dermatologists see every July, and the simple routine that helps. Book a consultation on WhatsApp.
-
New Saturday hours: the clinic is now open 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Message us on WhatsApp to book a slot.
-
Waited 50 minutes past my appointment time.
We're sorry about the wait. Privacy rules mean we can't discuss any visit here, but we'd like to hear what happened. Please message our front desk manager, Anjali, on the WhatsApp number on our profile.

Thank you for visiting Sunrise Skin & Hair Clinic. If you have a minute, a Google review helps other people in Pune find us: [link]

Hair fall in monsoon: when to see a dermatologist
People in Pune search this every July. Outline: normal seasonal shedding, warning signs, what happens at a first consultation, and when to book.
Made-up business — not customer results.
In the app it works the same way: one tap each, from your phone or by email. Start your free trial and your first drafts come from your own website.
Privacy rules for review replies
In India, patient confidentiality is part of medical ethics, and personal data falls under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In the US, HIPAA applies, and practices have paid penalties for review replies that disclosed patient information: see our guide to HIPAA-compliant review responses. The safe pattern is the same in both countries:
- Thank the reviewer without saying they visited.
- Don't mention any condition, treatment, test or date.
- Move complaints offline to a named person and a phone number or WhatsApp.
Keep every review reply on "Ask me first", so a person reads it before it posts. Replies to 1 to 3★ reviews always wait for approval anyway. What always waits for you.
Specialties we hear from
Dental clinics, dermatology and hair clinics, physiotherapy centres, eye clinics, IVF and fertility centres, and multi-speciality polyclinics. The jobs are the same: answer enquiries fast, ask every patient for a review, and reply carefully. US dental practices have their own page: BeeCMO for dentists.
Local search for doctors
Patients find clinics on Google Maps, so your Business Profile matters: the right primary category, current timings, photos and a steady flow of recent reviews. Scout Bee checks your website and whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT name your clinic when someone asks for a doctor in your area. Check yours with the free AI visibility checker.
Questions clinics ask
Does it connect to our clinic software?
Not directly today. You add patients for review requests one at a time or in bulk, and only patients who opted in to WhatsApp messages get one.
Can it book appointments?
Not yet. Calendar booking isn't built. The WhatsApp assistant answers from your approved facts, asks the questions you set (new or existing patient, which doctor, preferred day) and alerts your front desk with the details.
Will it give medical advice?
No. It answers only from facts you approved, such as timings and location, and hands anything clinical to your team.
Can it reply in Hindi?
Review replies are written in the reviewer's language, so a review in Hindi gets a reply in Hindi. Check any draft in a language you don't read well before you approve it.
Which plan suits a clinic?
Starter (₹3,999 a month plus GST in India, US$49 in the US) covers reviews, WhatsApp enquiries, posts and SEO basics. Growth adds Meta ads. See India pricing.
