Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
No. The trial runs 14 days on any plan. During the trial you can plan and create ads, but they stay paused until you are on a paid plan. Any messaging fees are billed by Meta to your own account.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop to the Free plan. We never charge you automatically. The Free plan keeps a monthly website scan, 1 Google Business Profile location with 5 AI review replies a month, your review link, QR code and review widget, and WhatsApp, text or email updates. Everything else pauses with your data kept, and comes back the moment you pick a plan.
Will I get a reminder before a yearly plan renews?
Yes, 7 days before renewal, so you can switch to monthly, pause or cancel first.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is optional and can be canceled with a refund for unused full months.
How do I cancel?
In the app: Settings, Billing, then Cancel or Pause. No call or email needed. Monthly plans stop at the end of the period you paid for, and you move to the Free plan.
What is your refund policy?
You get a full refund of your first paid month if you ask within 14 days of that charge. Annual plans can be canceled any time with a refund for unused full months, charged at the monthly rate for months used. Unused add-ons are refundable within 30 days. Full terms are in our terms of service.
Can my bill go up if the AI does more?
No. You pay the flat monthly price for your plan, and the AI working harder doesn't change it. Each plan has monthly allowances, such as 8 new articles and 1,000 AI lead conversations on Growth. Settings shows how much you've used, and the bar turns amber past 80%. At a limit the work waits or a person takes over; nothing is charged unless you add an extra yourself, like a US$2 article.
AI work also runs under a monthly AI budget for your account, which an owner or admin sets in Settings. At 80% of it, long articles move to a cheaper model. At 100%, all AI work uses the cheapest model. At 150%, AI work beyond the cheapest model pauses until you raise the budget. None of that is billed to you.
What can change is billed by someone else: Meta charges ad spend and WhatsApp messages to your own accounts, and live campaigns pause if spend runs past the daily cap you set. X posts beyond the 30 included are only turned on after we quote X's cost and you agree.
Do you charge a markup on messages or ad spend?
No. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages and ad spend, at Meta's rate.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They calculate and collect sales tax or VAT where it applies, and you'll get a tax invoice by email. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard and other credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local options where available, such as Klarna and Cash App Pay in the US, UPI and RuPay in India, and Pix in Brazil.
What happens to my data and accounts if I cancel?
Your Google profile, Meta pages and ad account, WhatsApp number and website stay yours throughout; BeeCMO only connects to them. After canceling you stay on the Free plan and your data is kept. If you'd rather leave entirely, ask us to export your data and delete your workspace (see Data deletion).
Do you issue GST invoices in India?
Yes. Businesses billed in India pay in INR plus 18% GST, and GST invoices are issued by Anekant AI. See India pricing.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12, on every plan and product.
