AI marketing reporting: what your team did, what it cost, and why
A ledger you can read over coffee.
Most AI tools sell you credits and leave you to guess where they went. BeeCMO keeps a ledger instead. Every piece of work is listed with the channel it went to and what it cost, and every Monday you get a short briefing built from your own numbers.
What your team did
The last 7 days in one list
What went out, on which channel, and what it cost. When the AI recorded a reason, you see that too. If there's no recorded reason, the line doesn't make one up.
Undo where it's real
A draft still waiting for you can be discarded. A post that's scheduled but hasn't gone out yet can be canceled. Once something is live, it's live, and the list says so.
Check this
BeeCMO flags drafts that need a second look, like a review reply that seems to promise a refund or admit fault. A flagged draft never goes out on its own or in a batch. You open it and decide.
What it cost
Every paid call is recorded
AI model usage, search lookups, page rendering, AI-search checks, X posts and WhatsApp messages are logged with their cost. Each blog article shows what it cost to research, write and check.
A monthly AI budget you set
An owner or admin sets the budget in Settings. At 80% of it, long articles move to a cheaper model. At 100%, all AI work uses the cheapest model. At 150%, AI work beyond the cheapest model pauses until you raise it. None of that is billed to you.
Ad spend and messaging fees go to Meta directly
Your ad account and WhatsApp Business account are billed by Meta in your name. We never hold your ad money and take no percentage of spend. You see an approximate cost before you send a broadcast.
Your plan price doesn't change when the AI works harder. Each plan has monthly allowances, and Settings shows how much of each you've used. What happens at the limits.
The numbers it watches
Every morning, Autopilot saves yesterday's numbers: Search Console clicks and impressions, Google Analytics sessions, ad spend, ad leads and conversations, new leads, WhatsApp messages, reviews and rating, and posts published. Each one is compared with the previous 14 days. A change is flagged only when it is both large (40% or more) and statistically unusual, so a normal slow Tuesday won't wake you up.
The Monday briefing
Once a week you get one message on WhatsApp, SMS, email or Telegram:
- this week against last week, in a table
- what the AI did: posts, articles, review replies, review requests and campaigns approved
- items waiting for you, each with approve and reject links
- alerts, and the holidays and sale days coming up
AI writes the short narrative, but the numbers come straight from your data. Any AI sentence with a number that isn't in your data is cut before the message goes out. More about Autopilot.
