AI marketing with human approval: what BeeCMO never does without you

Nothing goes live without your OK.

BeeCMO works every day, mostly while you're busy doing the actual job, so you should know exactly where its limits are. Anything public waits for your OK unless you've told it to go ahead on its own, and some things always wait. Some of the limits below you can loosen later. The first list you can't.

How one-tap approval works

BeeCMO

Approval needed: Spring AC tune-up offer post for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Scheduled for Thu 7:30 pm.

ApproveReject

Links expire in 7 days.

Example message. Wording and timing are illustrative.
  1. The AI prepares the work. A post, a review reply, a blog article, an ad campaign or a broadcast is drafted and checked against your rules.
  2. You get a message. On WhatsApp it arrives with Approve and Reject buttons and a preview. You can also approve by email, in the app, or in Telegram.
  3. You tap, then confirm. Link-based approvals open a one-button page. Chat apps preview links automatically, so opening a link never approves anything by itself.
  4. It goes live, or it doesn't. Approved work is scheduled or published. Rejected work is never published.

Approval links are signed and expire after 7 days. You decide, per action, whether BeeCMO should ask first, just tell you, or go ahead.

Always waits for your OK. You can't switch this off.

Spend your money on ads

Starting a campaign, turning a paused one back on, or raising a budget always needs your tap. If spend runs past your daily cap, live campaigns pause and nothing restarts until you say so.

Message your customer list (broadcasts)

Broadcasts to many customers at once always wait for you, with an estimate of what Meta will charge before you send.

Ask customers for reviews on its own

When Autopilot finds recent customers to ask for a Google review, it prepares the list and waits. Requests you send yourself go out when you send them, to everyone you add. We never filter out unhappy customers.

Reply to a 1–3★ review

Replies to 1, 2 and 3 star reviews, and to reviews with no star rating, are always drafted and held for you. A 1★ review also sends you an urgent alert.

Post a review reply it flagged

If a review reply seems to promise a refund or admit fault, it's flagged and held for you, whatever your other settings say.

Publish or change your website

If BeeCMO builds your one-page website, it goes live only after you approve it, from the approval message or with the Publish button in the app. Later edits wait for your OK the same way.

Publish blog articles

Full articles are fact-checked claim by claim, then wait for your OK. This one can't be switched to automatic.

Never approved in bulk

"Approve all" is there for the small stuff: social posts, Google Business posts, your first-week drafts and replies to 4 to 5★ reviews. Everything else needs its own tap, one at a time:

Our server enforces this rule as well as the app, so a bulk request sent some other way still can't push a full article or an ad through.

Can run on its own, only if you say so

Every one of these starts on "Ask me first". Only an admin on your account can change that, one action at a time.

ActionYour choices
Publish social postsAsk me first · Do it and tell me · Just do it
Reply to 4 to 5★ Google reviewsAsk me first · Do it and tell me · Just do it
Publish Google Business postsAsk me first · Do it and tell me · Just do it
AI replies to new leadsAsk me first (it saves a draft you send with one tap) · Just do it

After you've approved the same kind of post 8 times in a row without changing a word, BeeCMO may offer once to stop asking for that one kind. It never offers this for anything in the first list, and any edit or rejection resets the count.

Changed your mind? Switch it back. Anything already waiting stays waiting.

Looking back at what you approved

Every approval and rejection shows up in "What your team did", so you can look back at what was approved and when. How activity and costs are reported.

What this doesn't cover

Your connected accounts are still yours, so anything you do directly in Google, Meta or your phone's WhatsApp is up to you. Meta bills ad spend and message fees to your own account. And when you switch an action to "Just do it", it does exactly that.
